great short story

Washington Irving was this pretty darned good writer and he wrote a short story about a guy who went into a library and then he had this conversation with a book. It sounds pretty exciting I know but it really was good. You can read it on the web by googling "The Mutability of Literature" It was worth the 1/2 hour it took to read it.
