2010 FHE Census Results

For the public's information, we did nothing for FHE. Just kidding. We did something but it wasn't anything on the list. I practiced my music therapy presentation (I had to give it the next day in class) in front of an audience of one: Bennett.

New Shoes

Here are my new shoes for walking around Disneyland next week. They're hiking shoes so they should be good. What do you think?

Census 2010

Here are our options for FHE on monday night. Vote for your favorite in the comments and we will do whichever one wins and then post pictures on here after.

A) Bowling
B) Read scary stories in the mountains by a campfire
C) Watch a bollywood musical
D) Go dumpster diving at the local stores and see what we can find
E) Painting contest. We have some large canvasses to paint and hang one above our bed.
F) Write our obituaries
G) Drop acid and then go watch an elementary school play
H) Do our own seperate things in seperate rooms and not talk for the whole evening

Bag Pattern

This is the pattern I used to make the bag. It's Simplicity 2685. I bought it at Joanne Fabric when they were having their $1 Simplicity pattern sale (over conference weekend, it might still be going on). Regularly it was $15. Good deal!

This website (ithinksew.com ) has a ton of cute patterns that you buy online and they give you the PDF pattern. I tried to make some slippers from a pattern that I purchased there but I didn't know what I was doing so they turned out quite a bit smaller than my feet but they were still really cute, just super small. Another Bag

I had enough fabric left over to make this smaller bag. Just thought I would let you see how good I am at somewhat following a pattern.

I thought I would share with you the bag I just finished making (and by share I mean visually share). I think it turned out cute and it's reversible! Bennett doubted my abilities to make it reversible because those directions weren't included in the pattern. It didn't take very long to make either. Three hours? Anyway, who should I bequeath this to when I die?
