Brazilian Chicken Stroganoff

  



Christine asked for a link to something we have for dinner on a regular basis: Brazilian Chicken Stroganoff.

Bennett said that instead of using ketchup he used tomato paste and he didn't use dry white wine.  You can use chicken stock instead.

Also, matchstick potato chips are made by slicing up potatoes as small as you can get it and the frying them until they are crispy all over.  They make a great topping for the stroganoff.  I know you're tempted to skip this step but don't!  It's worth it.
