starburst mirror on the wall. They are popular right now. If they weren't, I probably wouldn't be interested in them. So... I made my own but a very "affordable" version. It probably cost me around $10 to make it (mirror from Goodwill, 4 magazines from Goodwill, glue sticks from Fred Meyers -yes, Fred Meyers is still Fred Meyers here).
The beginning... Do you think I should have kept the duck mirror the way it was? Too late.
The end... I know that seems like a quick journey to you (from beginning to end) but it took 3 nights of watching American Idol and hot gluing to finish this project. Summation: took too long but looks cool! I'll have to find a hammer and a good place to hang it in order to complete the next step. Has anyone seen two extra hammers hanging around their house since we moved up here? Can find either of them now...

So those are rolled up magazine pages? That does look like a lot of work!
I would never have had the patience. I would have ended up with 2 rolled pieces of paper and kept the ducks
