Here are some pics of the remodel Penny and I have done with the dining room. Michael and Daniel have been terrific helpers! Michael helped a great deal with moving the HVAC pipes. Daniel helped me hang sheet rock and electrical (We added some lighting). Both of them helped with the framing. I did the mudding and taping, texturing and painting. I'll put up some of the finished room soon. When we tore up the carpet we found these art treasures on the wood sub-floor. Very cool stuff - sort of like a time machine.
