This is the pattern I used to make the bag. It's Simplicity 2685. I bought it at Joanne Fabric when they were having their $1 Simplicity pattern sale (over conference weekend, it might still be going on). Regularly it was $15. Good deal!This website (ithinksew.com ) has a ton of cute patterns that you buy online and they give you the PDF pattern. I tried to make some slippers from a pattern that I purchased there but I didn't know what I was doing so they turned out quite a bit smaller than my feet but they were still really cute, just super small. I went to Joann Fabric to buy the pattern. Found out they are having a sale on their Simplicity patterns next weekend. Wahoo! $1 more than you paid, but still a pretty good deal.
Was the bag difficult to make? I'm a little worried about my skills. You know...the only thing I've made with a pattern is a cute plaid skirt...man, I wish I still had it.
